![]() ![]() The solution in this case is the same as above luckily, clear out all saved creds and rebuild the local Outlook profile. Something else to keep an eye on: was MFA enabled in the environment recently? This can play hell with stored logins. ![]() Log the user completely out of all office apps, remove the credentials from whatever the Mac version of the credential manager is, and rebuild the local Outlook profile. Be sure that the user has not created a personal O365 with the same name as their work one and are logged into that one, I have seen this a few times. ![]()
